2012 Midway Ride Bracelets
Midway ride bracelets will again be available. The TBA cost of the bracelet
entitles the wearer to unlimited rides on any Midway ride accepting the bracelet - which will include most; if
not all of them. Ride bracelets are economical and convenient for anyone wishing to enjoy the Midway rides to
their limit. Ride bracelets will only be available at Midway ticket booths.
Information
During the three days of the fair approximately 22,000 to 24,000 gate
admission tickets will
be sold. For a community the size of Vermilion (pop: 5500)
this represents a significant influx of people. Hotels and Motels will be
booked many months in advance. RV Parking will also fill up quickly.
Parking for this three day event has not to date; presented any serious
problems. Lakeland College graciously allows the use of some of
their land for 'no services' RV and vehicle parking. The town
also allows the use of the parking lot at the new Regional Centre(located
directly west of the exhibition grounds).
Registered exhibitors and others involved in the fair have access to
controlled parking on the Exhibition grounds. Contact the office at
least one month in advance to have exhibitor parking guaranteed.
