With the exception of the Secretary/Treasurer; all Executive positions are filled by volunteers. Executives serve a two year term in all five executive positions. Because of the Ag. Societies' Not For Profit status no enumeration is paid to executive volunteers. A new incoming executive is selected by the executive body from the surrounding rural and urban communities. Each executive is subject to scrutiny by their peers.

Past Presidents, although not required to, often serve as volunteers for many years after their term. This can add a beneficial sense of continuity and contribute to the successful operation of the Agricultural Society.
