Exhibit Hall - 2010
Vermilion Fair 2010 Theme - "Celebrating Community Spirit"
Welcome to Exhibit Hall 2010. Anyone interested in entering exhibits in our 2010 Exhibit Hall competition should download a copy of the Hall Book. The book provides a listing of classes that may be entered. Please check Pages 2 and 3 of the Book for Rules and Regulations regarding entries. Entries must be made on the special Hall Entry Form. A separate entry form must be filled out by every exhibitor and only one entry per class is allowed.
ENTRIES CLOSE JULY 22nd (One week prior to the fair)
Exhibit Hall will be open the following times:
Thursday from Noon until 9 pm.
Friday from 11 am until 9 pm.
Saturday from 11 am until 6 pm.
All Entries must be in place between 9:00 am and 12 Noon Wednesday, July 28th
Work exhibited is of his/her own making.
All Entries must not be removed from the building before 6:00 pm of the last day of the fair.
Exhibits to be picked up and prize money collected no later than 8:00 pm. Exhibits may also be picked up on Sunday between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
Tags must be picked up at the office prior to the Fair before bringing to the Exhibit Hall.
