Welcome to Exhibit Hall 2011. Anyone interested in entering exhibits in our 2011 Exhibit Hall competition should download a copy of the Hall Book. The book provides a listing of classes that may be entered. Please check Pages 2 and 3 of the Book for Rules and Regulations regarding entries. Entries must be made on the special Hall Entry Form. A separate entry form must be filled out by every exhibitor and only one entry per class is allowed.

Please note that large print Hall Books will only be available at the office and will not be mailed out.

ENTRIES CLOSE JULY 20th/2011 @ 4:30 pm

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: All exhibits must be in place between 9:00 a.m. and 12 Noon Wednesday, July 27th, and must not be removed from the building before 6:00 p.m. of the last day of the fair. This rule will be strictly enforced in order that all patrons of the Fair may have the opportunity of viewing the exhibits. Judging will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 27th.

Exhibit Hall will be closed at 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the Fair; exhibits to be picked up AND prize money collected not later than 8:00 p.m. Exhibits may also be picked up on Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Exhibitors must be accompanied by a director when picking up exhibits. “Please arrange to have someone pick up exhibits if you are unable to do so.”

Exhibit Hall will be open the following times:

Thursday from Noon until 9 pm.
Friday from 11 am until 9 pm.
Saturday from 11 am until 6 pm.

Work exhibited is of his/her own making.

Tags must be picked up at the office prior to the Fair before bringing the exhibits to the Exhibit Hall.
