To provide information to keep our Executive, Directors and members informed of the day to day operation of the Agricultural Society.
Dates of Upcoming Meetings:
- Budget Meeting - Thursday, Feb 9, 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Agricultural Society boardroom.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the annual budgets for the 2012 fair with all committees. If you have not paid your 2012 membership fees, we will be available prior to the meeting to collect the same.
We also will be voting on bylaws regarding the fiscal year and the annual meeting dates for the Vermilion Agricultural Society. This is due to new audit requirements that make it difficult to meet the current bylaws.
Please feel free to call or drop-in at the Ag. Society office, should you have any questions or concerns. The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8:00am - 3:00pm.
