Budget Meeting: Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 7:30 pm in the Agricultural Society boardroom.
The budget meeting of the Vermilion Agricultural Society will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 7:30 pm in the Agricultural Society boardroom.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the annual budgets for the 2017 fair with all committees. If you have not paid your 2017 membership fees, we will be available prior to the meeting to collect the same.
Please plan to attend. If you require further information, I
am in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30-3:30.
To ensure your budget for the year is passed plan to attend or forward your budget to Nicole. Budgets can be emailed to the office at email@example.com ahead of the meeting or given to Nicole at the meeting. Each committee should have at least one representative present as we will be discussing important changes in the grant and the future funding of the fair.
