Trade Show

Welcome to our 2018 Trade Show. Below is Application Information for those who are interested in purchasing a booth in the Trade Show.

The Trade Fair Exhibit will run at the same time as, and be part of admission to the Annual Vermilion Agricultural Fair.

The date for the 2018 Fair and Trade Show will be July 26, 27, 28.

Standard Booth:  $325.00 plus GST
Corner Booth:  $355.00 plus GST (2 gate passes included)

Cheques made payable to: Vermilion Agricultural Society
$150 deposit required with final payment by July 2, 2018.

We encourage anyone who wants to rent a booth to contact the Ag Society Office prior to emailing an application or making payment.

IMPORTANT!!  Set-up will be Wednesday, July 25, 1:00 - 9:00 p.m. There will be no vehicle access to the Fair Grounds after this date except for take down.

Potential Customers:

Approximately 27,000 gate admission tickets will be sold during the 3 days of the fair.
