General meeting - TUESDAY, June 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room. Dear Member, Apologies for the short notice on the next general meeting date. After looking at the schedule of events happening with the grant projects, the executive felt it would be beneficial to proactively meet as a membership. When they sat down to look at possible dates the consensus was that membership would appreciate working around the Oilers game schedule. The meeting has been set for TUESDAY, June 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room. This will be the last general meeting before the fair. The annual work bee will take place on July 19 at 8:30 a.m. The theme for the 2025 Fair will be, “Barnyard Mardi Gras” If you have not paid your 2025 membership fees, we will be available prior to the meeting tocollect the same. Please plan to attend this meeting. If you require further information, I look forward to seeing you in the office.
